The mission of the Citizen Corps Council for Guernsey County is to build a stronger, more disaster resistant community through public education and promoting volunteerism.
The Citizen Corps Council for Guernsey County plans and sponsors a variety of training opportunities as well as activities in which the general population can participate with public officials and emergency responders to ensure both public and private readiness for a disaster.
